KP African Hair Braiding requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. Cash, Zelle and Card (3% processing fee) are accepted forms of payment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
There will be a 50% charge for same day cancellations & no shows.
The set duration for a hairstyle is only an estimate and will vary for each person.
Satisfaction is guaranteed but dissatisfaction with a hairstyle within a 12 hour period can make you liable to a redo at the discretion of the hairstylist.
Your deposit is non-refundable.
The stylist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
No refunds.
