Beware of a new stylist at this location. I been service here a few times and had no issues how’s I walked into today and informed them of my service and was told to have a seat in the chair. They informed the new stylist that I would be getting braids. The new stylist approached me and asked if I had an appointment and I stated no. Then she came back to me and asked to see a picture of want I wanted.! Then she came back and asked to see the hair that I purchased. Then she stated that my hair is 27 and if I wanted the color blonde which I purchased which I wanted in my hair. Then she came back to me again stating that my hairstyle would cost me $180 for ten cornrows. I then informed her never mind and left. The new hairstyles needs to learn customer service. You stop lying because.. That means you don’t know your customers. Again customer service because know one is trying to take down your business but your self if this is the way you handle your customers. It’s not about affordable it’s about customer service. Although my braider was facing personal challenges, she pushed them to the side and did an amazing job on my hair and was EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming: She took her time and made sure her work was neat and at the length I wanted. Came across this place and wow am I happy I did I brought in my granddaughter and she hooked it up!!!! My wife will definitely be switching to this location very clean and comfortable chairs. KP has a very light hand and my baby girl didn’t cry at all the entire time!!!! If your looking for a great spot to get your next braiding done I assure you this is the place!
