1. Appointment Policy:
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. To ensure that our clients receive the best service, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. Clients who arrive without an appointment may have to wait for the next available stylist.
2. Deposit Policy:
To reserve an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $40 of the service cost is required. This deposit will be applied towards the client’s final payment.
3. Late Policy:
We understand that unexpected delays may occur, but we kindly request that clients arrive on time for their appointments. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule their appointment, and their deposit may be forfeited.
4. Payment Policy:
We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App and Apple Pay. Payment is due at the time of service.
5. Service Policy:
We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. If a client has any concerns or issues with their service, they should bring it to the attention of their stylist immediately.
6. Gratuity Policy:
Gratuity is not included in the service price. Clients may choose to leave a gratuity for their stylist if they wish.
7. Policy Changes:
